What do I need to know about repellents?
Use Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered insect repellents with one of these active ingredients:
- DEET
- Picaridin
- IR3535
- Oil of lemon eucalyptus (OLE)
- Para-menthane-diol (PMD)
- 2-undecanone
